Felipe Construction Inc, is a certified Master Shingle Applicator company with up to date credentials.
All clients or potential clients have the right to request proof of credentials.
Less than 3% of roofing contractors are credentialed. We are certified by CertainTeed.
Replacing a roof is no easy task. You need to hire a contractor, select products and choose colors. It's a lot! One thing you should also pay close attention to is the shingle warranty, because warranties are not all created equal.
We offer: SureStart Plus 3-Star and 4 - Star coverage warranty extensions.
We also offer lifetime warranty.
Any roofing contractor can install CertainTeed shingles. However, if they don't carry the credentials, you won't be able to take advantage of the extended warranty options.
Roof Services: replacement and repairs*
*repairs do not have warranty through CertainTeed. Repairs only contain labor warranty through Felipe Construction Inc.
